3 months MSLC Programme:

Weekly 45-90mins Video or Face-to-Face Meetings.
Weekly 15mins support calls in between meetings.
Working on 1-2 specific goals.
Accelerated structure of meetings with minimal options to discuss or reflect.

This works well for someone who seek quick results and is driven to start making changes. Meetings are best structured when individual has a basic idea what needs to be achieved. These session tend to be a great way to start coaching, which can later further progress into 6 months programme that allows for deeper exploration in personal processes.

$2,500-$4,536 (TAX included).

6 months MSLC Programme:

Biweekly 60-120mins Video or Face-to-Face Meetings.
Access to MSLC support group and 1-1 support via email.
Working on 4 goals of choice.
Meetings are slow and steady, allowing space for further self-exploration.

This is perfect for someone who loves reflecting and having space to apply what has been discussed within meetings. The coach aims to allow client to independently explore within their own realms and support in building a healthy relationship with self. Meetings are best delivered when individual is ready to dig deeper and face own shadows to understand its origins. This programme enables individual to make life-changing decisions and have more clarity of their own purpose.
